Thank you so much from our family for our incredible tour of Hadrian’s Wall, Hexham and the Abbey. What an amazing day! We all enjoyed it so much. Your enthusiasm for and knowledge of the subject and area was just outstanding. We truly enjoyed your company. Thank you for everything and we shall certainly recommend you should we know of anyone travelling to your area.

All of our U3A group wish to say thank you for the city walk around Newcastle. You made it so interesting and certainly looked after us so well. The river and bridges views were a highlight for many of us but also the architecture of many of your beautiful buildings. We will remember Earl Grey and Lord Eldon and also now, how your city got its name!

Tom was very knowledgeable, easy to listen to and full of enthusiasm and passion for his area. He adapted the itinerary so well and timings were perfect Although he was not well and suffering back pain he did us proud. Nothing was too much trouble. Many passengers are already wanting to return for more.

After our recent tour and trip to Newcastle I wanted to tell you that our U3A Group found your City tour so enjoyable and full of interest. The beautiful architecture in the buildings of Grey Street was an eye opener to the City. They particularly loved their visits to Trinity House and The Mining Institute, both such a part of Newcastle’s famous history. Thanks so much for working on the itinerary for me as I wanted to do so much. It all went so well.

For our Northumbria Holiday Group Visit we were so pleased to be accompanied by our “excellent, informative and entertaining Blue Badge Guide Tom Keating”. The tours included Newcastle, Hadrian’s Wall and Hexham, Lindisfarne and the Farne Islands. Our group voted for Beamish as the highlight attraction of their tour, along with Tom of course.

Dear Tom, we had fantastic feedback for this tour, thank you so much, and some very nice comments about yourself as the guide and your itinerary. One comment, I think just about sums the tour up, “It was a jolly good tour all round and our time with Tom Keating so good. It was the first coach tour for one couple, and they said they found it so enjoyable and relaxed they will be coming on another trip soon. That’s what we like to hear! Well done again Tom.
